MISSION: 

As the Logistics & Commercial Support Specialist, you will join our team based in Dubai with the mission to connect customer service with logistics execution in MEA. You’ll ensure smooth deliveries, support customs and 3PL coordination, analyse operations data and drive improvements to elevate customer satisfaction across the region.

JOB DESCRIPTION  

Operational Logistics & Customer Service

  • Handle order entry, delivery tracking, booking coordination with 3PL (Dubai)
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer communication
  • Solve daily logistics and service-related issues proactively

Customs & Regulatory Coordination

  • Act as main point of contact for customs authorities (example: SIRA, Intertek) mainly in UAE and KSA
  • Ensure shipments comply with import/export regulations and avoid delays
  • Anticipate or solve customs blockages, coordinating with relevant parties

Digitalization & Process Optimization

  • Serve as the SAP4HANA Logistics Key User in MEA
  • Work with customers/suppliers to simplify and digitalize delivery processes
  • Propose local solutions to improve logistics flows

Strategic Logistics Liaison

  • Act as a key contact with the Global Logistics Manager in HQ to execute agreed strategies in the region
  • Participate in regional logistics performance reviews with sales and customers, driving action plans

Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Support the Regional CS & Logistics Manager in preparing reports on Logistics performance and Cost analysis
  • Gather and organize operational KPIs to support decision-making
  • Order management analysis (MOQ, frequency of top codes, packaging, rounded qty)

Requirements

Requirements/Experience in:

  • Order to Cash processes
  • Operational Analysis
  • International Trade and Customs
  • Warehouse and Logistics operations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service & logistics operations, preferably in MEA.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
