Mission

Deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service to Eurofragance Turkey's clients, ensuring timely solutions and close collaboration with the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.

 

Functions

  • Provide top-notch service to customers in Turkey, addressing their requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage customer sample requests using project management software and SAP.
  • Monitor project deadlines with commercial teams to ensure smooth sales cycles.
  • Oversee import orders and daily local shipments, ensuring timely international and local deliveries.
  • Resolve client queries and proactively suggest improvements through clear communication.
  • Coordinate the shipment and delivery of fragrance samples for client visits with Development and Technical teams.
  • Handle necessary regulatory paperwork in collaboration with the Regulatory Department.
  • Register customer non-conformities.
  • Maintain and update customer master data in SAP.
  • Support Marketing and Development teams with administrative tasks for presentations before meetings.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Business Management, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service, logistics, sales, operations, or similar roles, preferably within a multinational company in the chemical, cosmetic, fragrance, flavor, pharmaceutical, or logistics industry.
  • Client Interaction: Proven experience in dealing with clients or providers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using internal software systems and resolving inquiries.
  • Languages: Native or fluent in Turkish, and proficient in English (B2 level).
