JOB MISSION:

To deliver value-added HR functions to management and employees to meet the business objectives of the organization.

 

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

HR Business Partnering:

  • Contribute to key internal clients in Indonesia in achieving their respective goals from the HR perspective
  • Partner with stakeholders by providing HR advice and counsel in terms of HR Solutions
  • Work closely with the Global & APAC HR Team for consistency and alignment in HR practices
  • Be the HR touchpoint for employees in Indonesia
  • Manage the labor relations and represent the company with local authorities.
  • Contribute along with business stakeholders for the establishment of a robust Health and Safety policy and procedures.
  • Participate in the Annual HR Budget for Indonesia.
  • Assist in payroll process for accurate payments and mandatory contributions

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment processes for the positions to be placed in Indonesia.
  • Lead the induction program and the annual on-boarding program of new hire.

Performance Management, Learning and Training:

  • Manage Indonesia- Learning & Development, and Performance Management agenda

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL / AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • Professional Degree preferably in Human Resource or business related field
  • 7 or more years of HR experience
  • Good knowledge of Labour regulations
  • Generalist with skills in compensation and benefits analysis and design, talent acquisition skills and policies settings

 

Proficient in English and Indonesian

 

Working Location: Jakarta
