Mission: 

•  The Mission of this position is to support the marketing team for the Fine Fragrance category 

Functions:

• Follow, analyze, and share the relevant market trends and new products launches and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories. 

• Design data reports coming from the following sources: Fragrantica, WGSN, Michael Edwards Fragrances of the World 

• Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations, Capsule Presentations) for the Fine Fragrance category  

• Support Fine Fragrance Marketing Managers on presentation preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the promo kits to the regions. 

• Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for Fine Fragrance; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the mood boards, pyramids and olfactive mapping for the presentations. 

• Publish relevant content in our internal social media (YAMMER), to give relevant information and insights to the different teams involved: Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Development Managers 

• Give general support to the Marketing Team on all internal and external client presentation when needed.
