Mission

Analyze and reconstitute fragrances (by GCMS) in a variety of consumer products such as in Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Air Care and Household.

Functions

Analyze fragrances (by GCMS) in a variety of consumer products such as in Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Air Care and Household.
Work on fragrance formula reconstitution with the help of perfumers.
Determine the fragrance dosage of FF samples by Karl-Fischer.
Extract fragrances from personal care & household products by SFE or liquid/liquid extraction.
Run maintenance of the GC/MS/FID equipment.
Interact with internal departments such as Perfumery, Compounding Laboratory, Application, QC, R&D & Evaluation.

Requirements:

Bring around 4 years of working experience in the Fragrance Industry with exposure to perfumery raw materials and/or fragrances, and with previous experience in GC/MS analysis.
Good ability to smell with ideally an olfactive knowledge of perfumery raw materials.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Flexible yet methodical with attention to detail.
Good Laboratory Practices.
Good team-player.
Quick-learner.
Result-oriented.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Languages:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry studies, ideally with a specialization in chemical analysis.
