Mission

Your mission is to drive operational excellence across our logistics operations. By supporting the Logistics Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing and designing warehouse and transportation activities, leading key projects, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure seamless service delivery across our international logistics network.

 

Functions

  • Warehouse Operations Management: Support the Logistics Director in overseeing and optimizing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency in inventory control, order fulfillment, and safety standards. 
  • Transport & Distribution Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring international transportation and distribution activities, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. 
  • Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate logistics projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing innovative solutions. 
  • Carrier and 3PL Negotiations: Work alongside the Logistics Director to build strong partnerships with carriers and 3PL providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best value and service. 
  • Process Improvement: Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements across both warehouse and transport functions. 
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a communication bridge between warehouse, transport teams, and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment. 
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate processes, generate insights, and support strategic planning. 
  • Leadership Development: Take ownership of tasks and decisions to prepare for the transition into a managerial role. 

 

 

Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in logistics, warehouse management, or transportation operations.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Willingness to travel.
