Mission:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for sales activities in the Turkish market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and commercial activities, and develop and monitor projects for a set of current and potential clients within the Fragrance Division in Turkey.
  • Build close partnerships with key clients to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Drive top-line growth and profitability for Eurofragance in Turkey.
  • Collaborate and align with Development, Marketing, Customer Service, and R&D teams at the Barcelona Headquarters to meet business needs.
  • Analyze market and category trends to develop proactive concepts and fragrance solutions in collaboration with the Fragrance Development Managers.
  • Develop strong relationships with in-house Perfumers.
  • Report to the Eurofragance Sales Director located in Turkey.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Management, Economics, Chemistry, or related fields, along with complementary studies (such as an MBA or similar).
  • 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager.
  • Preferably in sales within the fragrance industry, fragrance ingredients industry, or cosmetics, with in-depth knowledge of the Turkish Fine Fragrance, Body Care, and Home Care categories, as well as the competitive business landscape. Experience in the Perfumery Industry, Consumer Goods industry, or related fields will also be considered.
  • Multinational environment exposure with multicultural interaction skills and open mind approach.
  • Languages: Turkish (native), English (advance)
  • Availability to travel both locally and internationally.
