Mission

The mission of this position is to provide support and coordinate all the processes related to the part of raw materials under the responsibility of the Regulatory Affairs Department.

Functions

  • Coordinate and manage the processes involved with the raw materials.
  • Participate in the homologation process at a global level of new suppliers or new raw materials ensuring that they meet all the regulatory specifications and requirements before their use in manufacturing processes.
  • Control of different legislations at a raw material level (REACH, CLP, IFRA, Cosmetic Regulation…).
  • Coordination of supplier’s campaigns to obtain updated information regarding new legislations.
  • Continuous interaction with suppliers.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders such as quality control, procurement, purchasing or manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure that all the raw materials’ documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Continuously improve Eurofragance’s Regulatory Systems to optimize and simplify processes.
  • Review and update Regulatory Database.

Requirements

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, desirable with knowledge in fragrances related legislations.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related scientific field.

Languages - Compulsory:

  • English: High - Written & Spoken
