Mission

Analyze and reconstitute fragrances (by GCMS) in a variety of consumer products such as in Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Air Care and Household.

Functions

Analyze fragrances (by GCMS) in a variety of consumer products such as in customer oils, Personal Care, Air Care and Household.
Work on fragrance formula reconstitution.
Support to analysts with new projects.
Update of standard work procedures.
Determine the fragrance dosage of alcoholic samples.
Extract fragrances from personal care & household products.
Run routine tasks of the GC/MS/FID equipment.

Requirements:

Experience Required:

Minimum of 4/5 years study in chemistry, ideally with specialization in chemical analysis.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in the Fragrance Industry with exposure to perfumery raw materials and/or fragrances, and ideally with previous experience in GC/MS analysis.

Languages:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry studies, ideally with a specialization in chemical analysis.

Competencies:

Good ability to smell with ideally an olfactive knowledge of perfumery raw materials.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Flexible yet methodical with attention for detail.
Good Laboratory Practices.
Good team-player.

Result-oriented.
Good communication and presentation skills.
