Mission

The person in charge of this position will provide excellent customer service experience and will actively contribute to administrate the customer relationship management tool.

Functions

Sales processes coordination and optimization role:

  • Support the implementation of the sales processes in the new systems.
  • Link between departments as marketing, communication, Business Analysis and development to coordinate new processes implementation.
  • Main contributor to improve the customer journey through the CRM tool.

Commercial Back-office role:

  • Support the Key account manager: product quotation, non-conformities registration and follow-up.
  • Follow up customer payments and update the KAM.
  • Keep customer data updated in our management system.
  • Lease with the Regulatory department to request documents per customer requirements.
  • Customer order processing, SAP tool
  • Manage and follow customer requests.

Requirements

Experience required:

  • Customer Service or support role is preferred;

  • Expert in customer interaction and engagement;

  • Eager to collaborate in cross functional projects related to systems optimization;

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including MS Outlook and other applications, as planner, project management tool… Ability to learn and develop the Customer Relationship Management tool;

  • Previous experience working with order management system, preferred SAP solution;

  • Knowledge in Dynamics 365;

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly;

  • Project management skill preferable;

  • Experience solving customer queries.

Languages - Compulsory:

  • English: High - Written & Spoken

Required Personal Competencies:

  • Positive/constructive attitude towards digital transformation projects;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Digitally native;
  • Good team player.
