Mission:

Provide best-in-class and timely customer and after-sales operational service to the client portfolio of Eurofragance Turkey maintaining a solution-oriented attitude in close collaboration with the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.

Functions:

Deliver highest quality service to customers in Turkey by handling customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
Create customer samples requests using our project management software and SAP.
Follow-up client projects’ deadline with respective commercial teams to support a healthy running of the sales cycle.
Follow up import order process and daily local shipments. Ensure timeliness of international and local deliveries.
Solve queries from clients and proactively anticipate improvements that could be done through a clear and timely communication to relevant parties.
Coordinate the shipment and delivery of fragrance samples for client visits in collaboration with Development and Technical teams.
Provide all the necessary regulatory paperwork needed to the customers liaise directly with the Regulatory Department.
Register customer non-conformities.
Maintain and update customer master data in SAP.
Give submission presentation administrative support to the Marketing and Development teams as needed before internal and external meetings.

Requirements

Experience required:

University degree required in Business Management, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing or similar studies or equivalent professional experience.
Min 1-2 years of experience in a related field in customer service, logistics, sales, operations and similar functions preferably in a multinational company in chemical, cosmetic, fragrances, flavors or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience dealing with clients or providers, used to work with Internal Software systems and to solve inquiries.
With customer service skills, eager to understand client needs and to find effective solutions.
Eager to collaborate in cross functional projects in Customer Service and Logistics.

Language Requirements:

Native or fluent Turkish.
Good level in English level is required.
Other languages will be a plus.
