Graphic Designer Trainee

Mission:

Give support to the Creative & Graphic Design team, which is fullfilling the needs of both Global Marketing & Corporate Communication. You will be working on the new corporate image deployment within the whole organization as well as supporting the marketing team in designing new product proposals.

Functions: 

• Graphic design: design and create templates, promotional material such as catalogs, interactive pdf’s, collection of products (labels, packaging mockups) … be for exhibitions or clients.
• Filming and editing: Videos and pictures to contribute to the content creation for our internal and external communications.
• New image deployment: To adapt the brand book to multiple corporate supports, coordination with internal teams at headquarters and the affiliates in Singapore, Mexico City, Dubai, Istanbul and Mumbai
• “What’s hot” project: Along with the Marketing & Corporate communication trainees to keep updated our “what’s hot” corner: Marketing latest creations, newest projects, new cooperate elements.
• Initiative coordination: work hand in hand and coordinate different initiatives with other departments and teams throughout the organization.
• Contact with suppliers: To prepare & coordinate the final graphic arts.
